In order to keep the heart rate running and also get regular rests, keep sprinting till you lose your breath and then follow it up by a slow jog. Resume the sprinting again when you regain your stamina. This will keep the heart rate up in the blaze and burn calories in loads.
Shadow Boxing:
Now, this one is a tad bit tricky. Shadow boxing is not something you see everybody doing on a regular basis. You need precision and accuracy and of course, the proper technique. Through constant practice, you will definitely nail it and once you do, you would be glad that you did. Shadow boxing burns a tremendous amount of calories in a very short amount of time. Start with the regular jab and the straight right and progress with the various combinations as you move up the ladder. Try and do 3-minute rounds and take a rest of 1 minute between rounds.
Cycling:
This one made it to the list as well. Although I personally am not a big fan of cycling, it does help burn calories and lose weight if done correctly. I am not referring to cycling along the meadows with your buddies and having a nice time. I am referring to high-intensity interval training that involves you to do 10 seconds of rapid fast cycling with all the energy you have got and the following it up by 60 seconds of rest.
