Using pure water to clean the skin or face removes all that unwanted dirt and invisible bacteria on the skin. Gently cleaning the face with pure water 4-5 times a day keeps skin healthier. Washing the face 4-5 times a day with 1-2 hours gap is suggested. A soft cloth can be used to wipe the water or moisture after washing over the face. 2: Drink Sufficient Water

The water content of the human body is more than 60 % and certain cells in the body contain up to 90 % of water. Every day we are exposed to UV rays of sun and face situations causing stress. This results in the formation of free radicals in the body. These free radicals damage the skin from within resulting in the formation of wrinkles. Consuming fruits and vegetable that are rich in antioxidants will neutralize the free radicals and prevents the damage caused by them. Berries, grapes, green tea and spinach contain a rich concentration of antioxidants. Eating them in regular food can considerably prevent the skin damage and keeps it healthier.

4: Avoid Roaming In Noon Sun Light

As we know sun rays contain powerful UV rays. The UV rays will be maximum during noon and afternoon. These rays are very powerful and can penetrate the skin to cause damage. Exposing our body to these rays can damage the skin to great extent. Avoid roaming in noon sunlight can prevent the damage and keeps skin healthy.

5: Avoid eating excessive sugar or sweets

The research found that sugar can damage the collagen and elastin present in the skin. Collagen and elastin give strength and elasticity to the skin. Reduction in these components of the skin results in decreased strength and damaged skin. Avoid eating excessive sugar or sweets and keep your skin healthy.
