This can represent a challenge, as timing is everything, but you must also be flexible. if it is raining, do it the next day, as you do want it to be perfect, or choose a suitable alternative. The same goes for a special restaurant. You may want to book a reservation at your favorite table or spot, to guarantee to get it on the day of your arrival.
