The word "Ayurveda" is a combination of the words "Ayur" - science and the "Veda" - life. Ayurveda is a traditional holistic medicine that originated long ago.

Ayurveda treatments are individually treated by a specialized Ayurvedic doctor. Many tourists go every year in Ayurvedic hotels for several weeks to take Ayurvedic treatments and relaxation. Moreover, you can try finding the best Ayurvedic clinic also for specialized treatment.

4. Wraps

Ayurveda also works with wraps and exfoliation. For ayurvedic treatments, a multitude of different ingredients is used: mainly herbs and oils. The wraps can be full body wraps or partial wraps, which differ depending on the purpose of the treatment, but the ingredients are always natural.
