- Mix equal quantities of dried watermelon seeds and poppy seeds (khus khus) and Grind them. Take one teaspoon of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening.
- Alternatively, one can add two teaspoons of crushed dried watermelon seeds into a cup of boiled water. Let it steep for about an hour and then strain it. Consume four – five tablespoons of this water throughout the day at regular intervals.
Banana
- Banana is rich in potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and magnesium. Regular intake of banana is good to control blood pressure. Along with banana, raisins, dried apricot, currants, orange juice, spinach, sweet potatoes (baked), and winter squash also works wonder.

- Eat one or two bananas every day.

- Garlic produces the nitric oxide and hydrogen sulfide which helps in the relaxation of blood vessels. Thus it is helpful to lower the blood pressure. It can be used in both raw and cooked from.

- Take two garlic cloves and Swallow it. It can be taken along with a cup of milk.
- If you cannot like raw garlic or it results in burning sensation then you can choose another option is that you may mix five or six drops of garlic juice in four teaspoons of water and take it two times in a day.
Onion Juice
