Biography

I am a qualified counsellor and mentor. I am a public speaker in both the business and private sectors, and a guest on radio and television programs. I am an author of one, co-author of two and contributing author of three health and lifestyle books. I also produced and continue to produce a range of audio and visual products to help people achieve a more relaxed state. In my practice, spanning twenty years, I have helped many thousands of people in all walks of life to find an inner peace through my relaxation and meditation techniques. I believe that everyone, from the most robust athlete, business person, everyday worker and mum at home, through to those in the latter stages of life with chronic and terminal illness, can benefit immensely through relaxation and meditation.
