Biography

After experiencing a number of traumatic life events including losing my father and the breakdown of my 7 year relationship to my fiancé I set up over-it.co.uk. Normally a very positive, optimistic and outgoing person these events really shook my world and I found solace on-line which is why set my site up, to share my story and how I recovered to help others recover from their own break up.
