PSD to XHTML - An evolving market or just a fad? PSD to HTML services emerged around the year 2004 when people started blogging on Wordress, Joomla (Mambo then) & Drupal and wanted unique designs as theme or a template in HTML/CSS. People started with a small website & basic or default templates and soon when their blog was popular they got it designed and converted to HTML/CSS.
