The dining room is open on Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM, open an extra hour on Fridays and Saturdays. The lounge is open from Sunday to Thursday from 5:00 PM to midnight so you can enjoy an entire evening at Yamashiro.
