Xowii in the past few months since it's prelaunch in October has been growing like gangbusters.. The question on my mind is: Will Xowii really be able to lay a foundation of success as companies like Monavie and Zrii have?
With what seems to be the "energy drink and antioxidant" revolution going on, consumers are begging to get these types of products in their hands to keep their life and body energized. I think the sales and growth have proved that this is not a fad,this is truly a market that is going to rock the profit and sales for a long time to come.
The compensation plan Is built around getting the distributor into profit as soon as possible. Before you sponsor a ton of people, a new distributor can start making money with sign on and first order bonuses. Those two parts are an extremely strong aspects for bringing new distributors into the business.
So how possibly set themselves up to create a different image from everyone else in the industry?
The innovator of Xowii, who has many years of involvent and growth in the direct selling (another name for MLM Industry) felt that the majority of MLM companies compensation plans were more geared to the "top level" executives. The time I have spent with this industry has given me lifetime of experience that helps me go about the mlm industry and I am not currently involved with Xowii, but I see many possiblilities in the future..
The previous 18 months since I came into this industry has seen about as many new mlm companies pop up as Starbucks. Don’t get me wrong I love Starbucks and I love the fact that companies are out there giving individual people the opportunity to "start a home business" for virtually nothing.

The failure is, sad to say, at a 95-97% and that is across the board for most mlm companies. Wow, I know. Scary isn’t it. But why look at the failure rate? What the successful are doing right to be successful.
Answer: They have a grasp of sales and marketing.
This industry is multi-level MARKETING. You need to choose to learn to market and expose your business to people who are into what you have to offer. You have to have the ability to position yourself high atop the crowd and stand out.
What do you do to put yourself in front of everyone else in your company? Attraction Marketing. People join people, they don’t join businesses. Here is what gives other people the ability to build large downlines with ease.
