Who has the best MLM Compensation Plan? This is a question that will always be debated in the mlm industry. There are mlm compensation plans, that are unilevel, stairstep breakaways, binary, cyclers, back end loaded, residual only, top tier and the list could go on. There are many things that you have to look at when comparing what company has the best mlm compensation plan.

Is there a limit as to where you get paid out on certain levels, or is there an infinity level payout? You don't need to be a Harvard scholar to figure out what most people prefer. Also when you start recruiting are you sacrificing your first few people to your upline and never really getting any financial gain from the beginning? If people quit will you go down a level? Does the company only pay monthly or do they pay weekly?

One thing to also ask about a company to see if you think if it has the best mlm compensation plan is to ask if it pays via mailed paper check once a month or weekly, if so you may have to wait for it in your mailbox or do they have electronic payouts. Since they bill you automatically for your autoship you probably would want to get paid the same as well right? Now if you are looking at a cycle mlm program there may be no autoship, but if no product is bought you won't receive a check anyway, right?

If you are looking at a few different companies to see who has the best mlm compensation plan you may want to see if it offers a coded bonus. This type of bonus is still responsible for the largest check ever which was created by Paul Orberson when he was in an mlm called Excel communications in the 90s. Due to the coded bonus he was able to produce checks that have yet to be exceeded. Most say now though that will change in the next 5 to 6 years when the new record is created.

A Unilevel program generally only pays down to certain levels. You may be able to go as wide as you can to sponsor people but there is most often a depth restriction. These are not bad types on mlm compensation plans, just stating the normal facts. Many great successful companies have this type of pay plan.

A top tier is the type of mlm compensation plan that offers lower payout on the residual side but more of an upfront commission when someone is sp0nsored into your team. They can create faster upfront money in most cases but not the long term residual that most mlm compensation plans usually refer to in their presentations.

A binary compensation plan is becoming more and more popular every single day because it creates a team driven atmosphere, unlike a stair step breakaway. With a stair step who likes to sacrifice people that they have worked hard to sponsor to their upline and then have to start over again. Whereas a binary can cause team growth and relationships that everyone has a greater benefit to become involved with.

Plus due to something called spillover you can gain financially from when your upline continues to sponsor people as they can fall under you depending on your leg placement. One thing with a binary though (which currently produces the largest check at this time in the mlm industry) is to make sure you get paid on both of your legs. Many binaries will only pay residual and bigger bonuses on your lesser leg or pay leg as they call it. This can really hurt your paycheck. It is typical to only get paid residual on your lesser leg with a binary though. But if you are part of a team that is growing you probably be focusing all your efforts on only one leg and driving depth to grow that residual and obtain those bonuses. You may only sponsor 6 people ever but the beauty of a binary plan is you are only building two teams in depth not 6. Which is very exciting that your focus is more pin pointed.

Now just recently there was a company that increased it's pay plan. In fact the companies co founders are responsible for creating over 400 other mlm compensation plans for other companies. With that experience they obviously know the business.

What if there was an mlm compensation plan that people are seriously referring to as the best mlm compensation plan ever created that had a unlimited depth residual payout? What if it had a binary that could create fast team growth? What if it had a built in unilevel as just an extra pay source, what if it had a car program, free trip program and not to mention that ever famous built in coded bonus that you could obtain on either leg of the binary structure. Would there be anything that could ever match that? Most say no.

Now since you are probably drooling to see what it looks like, let me say this, if you are motivated by money if this article caught your attention...what if the product itself was actually money. You would be getting money every month as your product and then getting paid money for the growth of your business. WHAT? Sounds too good to be true. Well sometimes something just comes al0ng that is growing by leaps and bounds and has no evidence of slowing down and is a category creator. It's time for something new and something different.

Only one real question remains. Do you want something new or do you want to stay where you are at? This plan is attracting veterans from all over the industry who are getting involved to lock their spot. It is a timing issue. Those that decide to take advantage will be amazed at the growth.
