What Is the Cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?

I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome 20 plus years ago, I was fifteen at the time. Over a good portion of that time I came up with a lot of causes for my extreme fatigue, but my tiredness remained. In this article I’m going to tell you what I uncovered about the main cause for my cfs was.

For years I needed to learn the cause for my chronic fatigue syndrome and I found many like urine track and yeast infections, and then dealt with each one by learning about nutrition, the immune system, stress, alternative therapies, and the environment. These were all necessary experiences for me on my journey to greater health, but it wasn’t until I finished writing my personal story, which I made into a book called, “Better Than A Double Espresso,” that I realized the solution wasn’t to be found in examining just the physical causes, but most of it was on a more subtle level. After I realized this the progress in my health speeded up considerably.

I realized that this extreme tiredness I felt centers around coming to grips and understanding something called the law of attraction. There has been a lot of talk both good and bad about this law recently with the popularity of the movie, “The Secret.” Regardless of what you may have heard the law of attraction is real. It comes into play with our health. The law of attraction states, as it pertains to you and me, that we attract everything into our life by virtue of the thoughts we entertain, including our health. What we think about. It was when that concept sank in and I realized that I created the tiredness as well as all the other health challenges in my life by virtue of my thoughts that I understood that I did have the power to improve my health by choosing to take full responsibility for my thoughts and actions.

You might not believe that your thoughts created your chronic fatigue tiredness, I hard time with this concept, but when I started to work with the laws of the universe and not against them it helped me to see how my thoughts were prior to being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, and they were, “I’m tired and I need a rest.” And that is exactly what I got, a long extended one. The good thing is that once I started to change my thoughts to healthier ones and get into a better vibration of good thoughts and feelings of happiness, joy, and gratefulness, my energy increased because of it, and this also enabled me to see other ways to help me on my journey to better health. Enjoy today and all the best in your healing adventure, and remember, Everyday and everyway I am getting healthy and I am strong.
