Are you more likely to buy from a website that has outstanding graphics than from a website with minimal, ugly or no graphics? Most people answer yes. The reason why is that website graphics pre sell your potential customers. First impressions are very important and if a person’s first impression of your website is not favorable you risk losing a potential sale. If I visit a website and the layout and the graphics look good I am more inclined to buy from them because it gives the impression that the company is more inclined to be reputable and they have spent the time, effort and money on their website.

You can recover that cost in just a few sales depending on what it is you are selling. Sure, I could spend the time myself with Photoshop and try to do the job myself but the amount of time it would take to make everything from scratch makes it a losing proposition.

Sometimes it makes more sense to NOT do everything yourself to save a few bucks. You can either hire someone ot buy ready made graphics and put together your website yourself. You can get website headers, footers, optin boxes, order buttons, one time offer templates and even animated web graphics. Spruce up your website graphics and you’ll make more sales in the long run.
