There are no extra hidden fees and there are no upkeep fees for the plane as there would be if you owned the plane. Also, by being in a program of sorts, the cost is reduced a little bit over what it would cost if you booked each individual flight on its own. Almost like a group rate.
Another good benefit is that the costs are set, so you don't have to worry about increases in fares and in fuel charges. You know how many hours in the air that you have and the cost doesn't change for the term of the contract. The negatives are that you have a set amount of time in the air and you might not be able to estimate just how much time you need.
