When you reach Manager or Director level, you get additional commissions called ‘royalties’ on all sales volume of your team.

Reaching Manager level requires having three active recruits in addition to $500 in personal sales per month and $2,000 per group sales volume. At Director level you get Director Development Bonus and commissions on the sales volume in your team. To be eligible to the Director Development Bonus you must have recruited nine people in your team, which is also required to make a total of $10,000 or more in sales volume.

The number of personal recruits for the month determine team commission range, which is 4% to 8% in the case of Manager level, and 6% to 12% for Director level.

Marketing Training
