Have you ever experienced a day when everything seems to go wrong?
Maybe each thing you do goes wrong and makes things worse than they were before you got involved?
Perhaps the worst bit is the witnesses who saw what happened and rubbed salt into your wounds making you feel upset, negative and wishing you'd stayed in bed?
Well, it's time to put an end to all of that.
Imagine a day when you could conjure up any emotion you'd want and use it to make you feel proud, relaxed and full of life every single day!

How would it feel to be bale to wield that kind of power?
Would you be unstoppable when you felt beyond criticism and always able to be your best self?

Well this is easier than you think.
Every superstar, business mogul or mind guru has had to cope with these kind of problems and they would tell you how to find a way to do this through hard work and determination. And NLP.

NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming is a very powerful system to get your brain working a different way through changing your language patterns and visualization.

In NLP when someone hears a statement that makes them feel unwanted, negative or criticized, they can turn it around very quickly with the right words or images.

You just take the time to rephrase any 'non useful' terms and make them into positive useful ones.
The process is called re-framing and it is very potent indeed.
Let's experience a few examples:
When someone says 'You are rubbish' what they are really saying is 'In my opinion, you were rubbish and you probably don't know the criteria I am using to make this statement'.
When someone says 'You are hopeless and will never be able to do it', consider that they are really saying, that they probably couldn't do it themselves.
You can reframe anything to lose its emotional sting and turn into an empowering statement instead.

When you get used to doing this it become second nature.
Get used to taking a step back from the emotional image of the situation and then only taking the constructive parts from it.

It's tough at first but becomes easier and easier.
So failure becomes an event when you put some effort in got an outcome and feedback.

How you use that feedback is up you but that's all part of the learning process.

In truth regardless of the situation, only one person can make a difference to the perceived outcome - and that's you.
If the way you feel is preventing that from happening then it's time for a chat with yourself.

But do it nicely, you should always be your best supporter as well as critic because let's face it, who else is going to have to live with all the consequences?
