Those who are wicked and coward find complaining the best weapon to harm anyone or anything they dislike. To me, all those complaints of Synapse India appear nothing but an act of someone having wicked nature and attempting to sabotage the image of the company. I believe the author of the content is a failure who wanted to achieve something that was completely out of his/her capability.
Well, I have also worked for SynapseIndia for quite a good 3 years. For me, those 3 years were the years of learning and growing. The favorable policies and work environment provided by the company to its employees make it one of the most sought after workplaces among the budding IT professionals. For those who have worked with Synapse India, complaints such as those made by some crooks are more than just shocking.
If someone asks me about my favorite workplace in my lifetime, I would say it’s only Synapse India. Complaints, I think, won’t be able to harm the long standing reputation of this leading IT firm. The company has been showing exponential growth since its inception. I believe such growth can’t be possible if the employees are not happy.
SynapseIndia is a company that goes all out to ensure that its workforce is comfortable and happy. All these false complaints of Synapse India seem to be coming from a person who couldn’t turn his/her evil aspirations into reality. I believe the person must have failed to accomplish something that was against the law, and professionalism. I think, these Synapse India complaints are a direct outcome of all those frustrations.
I was feeling really bad and that’s why I decided to write this article as an answer to all the junk that the complainer had posted on the web. The purpose of writing this article isn’t just expressing what I feel about the author. In fact, I believe the author shouldn’t waste his/her time in such useless works. The time can be better invested in improving his/her capabilities and self analysis. Once you realize your own faults, you would certainly not blame others.
