After spending time with my friends, and watching them buy and talk about these energy drinks, I became a little curious if the average person actually knew how much they were spending on things like this. So, I conducted a survey.
Add up how much you spend on vitamins, prescriptions, herbs, or anything else that you buy to give you energy or supplement and improve your health. Would that average out to four or five dollars a day, or more?
In my recent survey, these were my results:
• One large cup of coffee at a convenience store is usually $1.30. If you only drink one cup a day, multiply that by 30. You amount is $39.00.
• One Energy Drink averages $2.50. Multiply that by 30 = $75.00.
• One Multi-vitamin averages $0.35 per day. Multiply that by 30 = $10.50
Okay, we'll stop here. These were the average minimal items purchased. That is a total of $124.50 every 30 days. That would be $4.15 per day so far. This does not include any prescriptions that you may take. Now, figure out your average. Surprised?
I found that most people simply don't realize how much they pay for these small every-day things. Matter of fact, I was surprised too! But when you stop and add everything up, introducing a nutritional supplement to your life isn't really that expensive.
I personally stopped drinking coffee and taking vitamin pills because of a nutritional supplement that I added to my daily diet. I do not feel the need for energy drinks, nor the 'crash' that you get after a few hours.
GoChi gives me the natural energy that my body needs to keep going all day. I sleep better at night, and feel better all day! Plus, I know that I am getting all of the vitamins and minerals needed - so I feel healthier too. Matter of fact, I know people who are also reducing their maintenance medications because of nutritional supplements. And that my friend, is something that they take to their bank!
So, how much do you spend?
