The workplace, may it be the office, factory, construction yard or any other place, is more or less a person’s second home. Employers, not just employees, should take responsibility of the health situation in the workplace because an ordinary employee spends a third of everyday in it. Good sexual health simply means better physical health as having sex once or twice a week has been linked to a better immune system according to studies. Sex is similar to a double edged sword as there is both good side and bad to sex, and it all depends on how people engage in it.
Even though it is hard to prove otherwise, stress is believed to originate from a person’s workplace. Working environments should not be dismissed as having nothing to do with worker productivity, but on the contrary it should be invested on heavily by the employer as a good working environment can increase employee interest and decrease stress. The great thing is new and more modern companies have started to adapt this way of thinking as they are now more than ever promoting good workplace health.
