All of us possess a unique strength in our life skill. Some of us are strong in writing, speaking, relationship building, internet marketing or public speaking. It’s a fascinating that what Mother Nature has created for us to be, and here is why we must leverage on each other strength to build our network marketing business.
Here is an example to on how we can recruit our way to success.
Always look at what you are weak at and work your way to recruit someone who has the skill. Take for an instant you are not good at speaking chinese, recruit someone who can speak chinese! If you are weak at presentation and public speaking, recruit someone who can do it!
It is that simple that we only need to find someone who can do what you can’t. As time goes by you pick up the skill and you start attracting more people to your network marketing business. It is amazing how we can leverage on each other with network marketing business, a business where everyone can start equally and build amazingly fast with team work. If you think you need a doctor to give people more confident on your company, go get one!
I always advice my team members to get someone of different race, it helps you internationally! A great example is will be if you are an Asian Chinese, get someone who is an Asian Malay or Asian Indian. It can work the other way round and I believe it work the same way if you are living in the western countries.
