1. Diana Vickers
After coming fourth in the X Factor back in 2008, Diana Vickers went on to make her debut in the West End musical, The Rise and Fall of Little Voice. The London show ran from October 2009 to January of this year and Diana was praised for her performance, even winning the London Newcomer of the Year award. Although the London show has now ended, it showed off Diana's talents as a singer and as an actress to the West End audience and critics.
2. Danny Bayne and Susan Mcfadden
Grease is a long standing London musical and back in the summer of 2007 the search began to find a new Danny and Sandy to star in its West End performances. ITV's Grease is the Word aired on our televisions weekly until it crowned Danny and Susan as the winning duo. The pair have since continued success in theatre productions; Danny is about to begin a UK tour of Hairspray playing Corny Collins, while Susan is taking to the stage as Serena in the new production of Legally Blonde the Musical which is currently on at the Savoy theatre.
3. Connie Fisher
In 2006 Andrew Lloyd Webber launched his first search for a new talent in the West End starting with the part of Maria von Trapp in How Do you Solve a Problem Like Maria? After weeks of auditions and live shows, Connie Fisher was announced as the new lead for the London production in the West End. and played the role until February 2008. 4. Lee Mead
Lee Mead was announced the winner of Andrew Lloyd Webber's second reality show for the BBC, Any Dream Will Do in 2007, and went on to play the lead role in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat . Mead's initial 6 month stint in the London show was soon extended until the summer of 2009 after receiving great praise from fans and critics alike. Gareth Gates, who launched to fame after coming second on Pop Idol, has now taken over the lead role of Joseph.
5. Noel Sullivan
