Eyes are considered the essential body part not as it is helpful in watching things also it added beauty to the face. Eye strengthening exercises are considered a beneficial way to improve your eyesight. It is also helpful to relieve eyestrain. Try following yoga exercise to strengthen your eyes.

Eye Strengthening Exercises

To practice the exercise, sit straight on the chair. Close your eyes and put the palms of your hands on both of the eyes. Remove the hands over your eyes but keep your eyes closed. Breathe out deeply through nose and now breathe in. While doing this let your head drop forward. After this try to rotate it from side to side, make circles with your shoulders and move it forward and backward in circular motions.

While practicing the whole exercise, keep your eyes closed and tightly stretch your shoulders as much as you can. Hold the position for few seconds and then exhale. Release your shoulders and open your eyes. Retry these steps several times. Try to blink your eyes again and again until your eyes became moist. Retry the process several times. Relax and breathe easily.

Keep your head straight in the line with your spine. Try to roll your eyes in upwards, downwards, up to left and to right, to left at 45 angles, to right at the angle of 45 degree, down left at the angle of 45 degree and down right to the angle of 45 degree and breathe out while doing this positions.

Try to hold the position for some seconds and return the eyes at center inhale along this. Again keep your head straight and try to focus on an object. Now, exhale and look side to side without moving your head. Exhale and turn your head side to side several times. Cover your eyes with your palms as it supplies warmth to eyes. After few seconds remove your hands from eyes and relax.
