It may take up to an hour for these symptoms to disappear completely, and you may feel drained and exhausted afterwards, both physically and mentally. The symptoms can be brought on by certain triggers, but most of the time a panic attack can occur without warning or notice. If you suffer from panic attacks, medical treatment for these symptoms should be sought. The longer you wait to start treatment, the worse the attacks can become.
