Day 13! Ashley and have have been really busy but, still keeping up with our workouts. Kempo was today's workout and it was crazy hard. So Ashley and I both wake up at 5am this morning to workout and let me tell you I felt horrible.My throat was killing me and I had no energy. We started the dvd and my energy continue to go south. I called it quits just after warm ups. My body was telling me I needed a rest. With me off to the side Ashley finshed the workout.

After a little rest I was feeling better and completed the workout. I felt great after the workout it was such a great energy boost. I also really felt more in control of my movements this week then last. tomorrow.

So far the diet has been easy to follow. to see results. Even with Suberbowl Sunday this weekend it was easy to stay on the diet I think both of us did a great job this weekend and now we will see how Ashley does on Valentines day.

The Second week was great and much better then the first week. I personal got a way better workouts due to the fact that we went out and bought the adjustable dumbbells. Ashley has a set that goes up to 25lbs and I have a set that goes up to 50lbs. Adjustable dumbbells are an investment but, well worth it.

I also want to thank everyone in the P90X community who has been posting comments. It’s great to see people reading and enjoying our experience with P90X!
