and will explain why in a while).

Whenever stress hits you Seth, no matter
if it's a pressuring feeling you've gotten
from feeling envy, feeling hurt from emotions,
or feeling painful from what you've failed to
achieve --

What is the first thought that comes to your mind?

What is the REAL feeling you get and want to express?

What is the next action you want to take?

Is it, "I am such a...failure."

Is it, "Why, why did this happen on me always?"

Or Is it, "I had enough...I'm GIVING UP?"

When you get stressed up, is it an experience
you least wanted to have?

Today, whether you try to do something you
shouldn't do just to NOT feel stress, or you
are feeling stress and you WANT to stop it
all the time,


You'll begin to love stress, or better if
we call it "Grief", and you'd instead start
accepting this feeling to stay.


Let me explain.

If you would like to feel grief positively,
how would you 'treat' it?

If I told you that *feeling grief* can be
the MOST POWERFUL state of mind that someone
can have,

Now, how would you think about it?

A young man was walking alone in a megamall,
walking through beautiful, luxurious clothing
shops.

He walked passed Padini, ZARA, G2000,
Hugo, and eventually stops suddenly.

In front of him, is Versace, with a shiny
transparent glassed booth with an expensive
yet grand, elegant looking shirt.

At that moment, this young man felt grief
in his heart. He feels the feeling when you
feel the deepest stress.

Even though he truly wants that Versace
shirt, it was just too expensive for him
to afford as a low salary employee.

He had always thought of living a life of
a rich man, to have what he WANTS, to be
able to afford that Versace shirt without
feeling that feeling he's getting.

"If only, if only I could..." he thought.

Right on that second, this young man has
got the MOST POWERFUL state flowing in his
mind and body.

The MOST POWERFUL feeling, ever.

He could've done things impossible to be
done in his life or other human beings on
earth right at that moment.

It is the source of never-ending STRENGTH
being flushed out like the strongest flood ever
occured in his heart.

Can you feel it?

Can you feel the deep, strong pressure
in your heart turn into a sudden feeling
of POWER right now?

Keep that feeling in mind.

And when grief ever visits you again,
turn it into your greatest source of
strength.

Call it grief for stress has always
been perspected as an excuse subconsciously
to weaken yourself, from people.




Now the question I have for you is,
will stress ever appear in your life again?

Perhaps you're having one of the sweetest
smiles on your face right at this moment.
