And if ever it experience are negative, evil and degrading, then it sees the world as bad. It is because of these minds misleading alteration that the spiritual aspirant cannot see beyond it, gets entangled in life's ups and downs, heavens and hells. Some call this opportunity and accept the challenge; others call it fate, submit to it and won’t matter anymore what would happen. The art of Meditation is to bring the mind to a state of stillness such that thoughts are no longer interfere with pure reality and that which lies beyond time, space and self can it be.
