How many of you have spent sleepless nights up worrying about where your next sale/recruit is going to come from? The simple reality of it is most people in MLM fail miserably. Most folks who get into MLM recruit maybe one or two before they die out and give up. It’s the law of numbers.
Recruiting is the engine the drives the growth and turns the wheels of production. Because
new blood is the lifeblood for your business, when you stop recruiting new people, you business stops working. So how do you find the new blood and keep the engine roaring. You go back to the fundamentals and you follow the Law of numbers.
If you sponser 5 peoples in a month and think that those 5 people will sponser another 5 peoples in a month then those will repeat the same patern. It doesn't work that way!
Out of all those people there is a certain ratio that will work, a certain ratio that will not work and a another that will seat around and watch. Your goal is not to convince everybody in your group to work; your goal is to get as many people as possible in your group and watch them and see whom are sponsering more peoples.
Doing it this way, effectively, the Law of numbers says it can be equated down to:
30-10 = 10-3-1
For every 30 Leads you get 10 will follow thru is some way and become prospects. Of those 10 prospects, 3 will stick with it and produce results, and 1 person will be a Super Star. Every 3 times this happens, the super star will pop up and the group will gain speed and momentum. But you have to be moving fast enough to get these outcomes and
to dig up these heavy hitters. In fact the quicker you move the more probable you get much more than 10 out of every 30.
Build traffic regularly. Get more people to view your site; by law of numbers, more viewers = the greater the possibility for online conversion. Building traffic however is not a spur of the moment activity. It should be a life-long (for as long as you want to build and develop your online business, that is) process. It should have a well-thought of plan – a master plan.
When you adopt a large numbers mentality something amazing happens. In a word, you become unstoppable.
Even more significant is that fact that Large Numbers recruiters really don't care if they recruit each and every person. Don't worry about people that are falling out. Focus on sponsoring; always keep in mind the conversion ratio.
A Large Numbers mentality will bring an continuing income for you and create a booming business.
