Initially, I always prequalify my lists:
The first qualifier I look for is the number of members. I like the bigger groups as I make a wall post at least once a day or one in the morning and the evening.
The second qualifier is how many posts are made on the wall in a day. More posts are better.It shows that people actually visit this site which means lots of traffic for my posts.
The third qualifier is how many new members join daily. Again a group that is growing is a group of possible new clients.
Now you are asking what do I post? This is where you need to be creative.The 4 things I do and find success with are:
1.Get their attention.
2.Reveal a possible problem they might have.
3.Show them a solution.
4.Ask for action.
