Kinect is a camera gadget for XBOX 360. What makes it different from the conventional camera gadget is that it allows you to play games without the necessity of a controller. This implies that the controller is yourself through your body motion,your vocalization and your facial look. You can execute various acts depending on the game you play. For instance you can leap, spin, dock and a lot more. Kinect and supporting XBOX 360 games are not yet available in the market. The kinect idea though sounds familiar new since this was introduced a year earlier under the name "Project Nadal".
Kinect games for XBOX 360 are expected to be launched in November 2010. However, as early as now there is already a preview of XBOX 360 Kinect games. The list of games is expected to cater to any kind of game to include games for dancers, racing enthusiasts, animal lovers, treasure hunting fans, avid sports lovers and adventure lovers.

• Kinect Sports—Microsoft's answer to Wii Sports to include bowling, soccer, table tennis, track and field, boxing and volleyball).
• Kinect Joy Ride—a funny racing game full of fun but a touch loose in
terms of controls
• Kinect Adventures!—"leap, duck and dodge" as you go through various
obstacle courses (20 in all)
• Kinect Dance Central- first real dance game experience that features and
monitors full-body dance movements
• Kinect Zumba Fitness- a different dance fitness workout to stay in good
shape with high-energy Latin and international beat
• Kinect Your Shape Evolved- cut fats while having fun either with your physical
instructor or friends
• Kinect Sonic Free Riders- join an exciting race as you twist, turn, leap,
and accelerate your way to the finish line.
