Does Covert Hypnosis exist? If you look up the word "Covert" in the dictionary the word means: secret; concealed; disguised; covered; sheltered. The miltary has been using covert techniques for years. The real question does covert hypnosis exist?
Steven Peliari a master hypnotist says it does. In fact, the techniques are so effective that they have been banned by television,advertisers and radio ads.
So does it exist?
What is hypnosis? Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation, the state right before you fall into a deep sleep. Your mind is very open to suggestions when your mind is in a state of complete relaxation.
Steven Peliari says, "The theory of mind is a theoretical model of the mind used to explain the observable phenomena known as hypnosis. Whilst science is only starting to discover the various chemical changes in the brain when someone is under the effects of hypnosis, hypnosis itself has been around for as long as mankind, with the phenomena being interpreted in many different ways throughout history."
He also goes on to say, "In hypnosis, we think of the mind as being separated into both the conscious and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is what controls all of our current thinking and behaviour. In order for you to think of things analytically or critically, you need to use your conscious mind. Your consciousness is the part of your mind that is aware that you’re sitting down in front of a computer and reading this post. Simply put, anything that you consciously know about, is stored within your consciousness."
You can make people do things without them knowing, this is where Covert Hypnosis is revealed.
First, that it was not that hard to hypnotize people without them knowing and second, there were a lot more situations where being able to hypnotize people could really work to my advantage... Making money doing this kind of stuff had already crossed my mind.
Sure there are hundreds of books already written on this type of hocus-pocus art form, but what I wanted to know was how to do the super secret stuff that's mainly referred to as "Covert Hypnosis".
You know the kind that ...
* makes people instantly attracted to you,
* inspires people to join your cause,
* turn clients into eager buyers,
* allows you to detect when someone is telling a lie, and of course
* lets you hypnotize people without them ever knowing you did...
It does exist and the techniques can be a bit scarry, since things are are done without you knowing and controlling your mind can make anyone a bit nervous.
The mind is an amazing place and we still only understand 10% of it's ability. The mind is very powerful for good habits and bad.
