We were recently introduced to Max Steingart’s Endless Leads 4.0 Training Course by a leading internet and network marketing expert. The training provides guidance and instructions for using social media to generate cheap mlm leads for any network marketing business online. Max's method is refreshing, in that many online marketers and network marketers show few online "manners" and seem to have no clue about "relationship" selling. This article provides a review of what Max has to offer and its effectiveness vs. Tim Sales’ popular “Professional Inviter” training.

The "Max Method" has been developed over 20 plus years in the industry, recently earning him the title "Father of Social Media," although perhaps self-proclaimed. Facebook and My Space didn’t even exist, yet, but Max began to explode his downline while simply “making friends” within the AOL system. In a sense, Max’s course is a throw-back to basic relationship skills taught by authors such as Dale Carnegie. One of Max's basic tenents is to never expose or offer your business opportunity in advance of establishing a relationship. And, then not unless your “friend” has been qualified ahead of time, meaning they have already expressed a need or interest in what you have to offer, should you mention your business. This is exactly parallel to what is taught in Tim Sales' Professional Inviter to first find a prospect's "need, want or desire" before making a "sales approach."

How is the content of Endless Free Leads? An obvious comparison is to primary network marketing sales trainer Tim Sales, making the assessment very interesting. Though both are in network marketing, Tim has a much larger following and name recognition. Tim's popularity is as the author of the very popular “Brilliant Compensation” video which makes the case for the viability of the network marketing industry. Robert Kiyosaki's recent endorsement of the network marketing model is one of the only comparable works.

What is special about Max? On the surface, his training seems much more basic than the more “academic” approach used by Tim Sales. In a sense it is more complete, since Max provides exact questions to use in the “relationship building” process. In either case, specific methods, scripts, and approaches must be tailored on a case by case basis. A big difference is that Max’s method truly seems much more rejection free. Tim Sales deals with the very prevalent "pyramid" objection right up front, although it not always be necessary.

Another difference is that Max’s course is online vs. a CD set and has more extensive videos, which seem almost to be limitless. The sheer quantity of material has its advantages, although it’s easy to get bogged down, too!

Finally, Max offers daily “Ask Max” sessions, which are invaluable repetition as well as a direct means of access to a trainer that is very unusual in the training industry. We don’t know how long Max will be able to keep up this incredible pace, but we highly endorse his training for struggling network marketers who want to learn directly from the “Father of Social Media,” strategies for Facebook in generating cheap mlm leads. We also recommend Tim Sales’ training, but short of moving to Tampa and joining his team, he is much less accessible as a mentor.
