how do you get traffic to your site? Here are10 steps you can take to increase your traffic.

1. Use a paid web host. Paid host produce better search engine ranking then free host do. Paid host are not totally supported by ads which are less appealing to visitors.

2. Article submission is a great way to get traffic. Write articles and submit them to websites and ezines for publication. Pick a topic that you have some knowledge of and write! You will be surprised at what you can do. Be sure to use correct spelling and grammar when you write.

3. Create more than one domain name for your site. By doing so you give people a greater opportunity to find you.

4. Create a blog and make regular post to it. Use WordPress to create a blog and post as often as you can. Use your blog to link to your website, thereby increasing traffic to your business.

5. "Free, Free, Free" everyone likes something free so offer them something of value. There are tons of "Free" material to offer which will give value to your site.

6. Your site must be appealing to the eye so don't just throw something together and expect results. Ask for comments and give in return. Although beauty is in the eye of the beholder, a sloppy website will get you nothing. Spend some time on your site and it will pay off.
