I wish I could come up here and tell you how getting old is so awesome... I mean it is, in some ways. Wow, just watching them kids grow, there's nothing like it in the world. And when the little ones come along, the grandkids, it's like being young all over again. Plus you have all the time in the world to do all the stuff you've always wanted to do and, well, growing old is amazing.

But then there are also the things you have to learn all over again. Your body changes and suddenly you're not that young bull fighter you used to be. But you have to take it as it is and understand that it's just life you know?

Fortunately, we live in an era when getting old is, how can I put it, more comfortable? They have all of these new inventions and devices that help us do the things that were once so easy to do... like going to the bathroom for example.

At first, I didn't want to admit I need help, but once I came to terms with my health condition, things became a whole lot easier I must tell you. Me and my son did some research, online, and found all about assistive furniture and Commode Chairs.

What is a commode chair you ask? Well then, a commode chair is my private helper. It provides bathroom assistance when you need it most. I know I need it because my body is a little on the weak side and trips to the bathroom became a bit more difficult lately.

But commode chairs are also great for seniors who:

You see, the most common reason for people to fall and trip in the bathrooms is because water and moisture makes the floor slippery. Plus, getting there can get quite difficult - so here come assistive furniture like the Commode Chair which helps to resolve both issues.

Because the Commode Chair makes the entire getting on/getting off the toilet a whole lot easier, the risk of falling is dramatically reduced. There are also some Commode Chairs that can even be used as portable toilets, so the danger of walking to the bathroom is completely eliminated.
