For example, a system for creating leads. Yet another system for converting these leads into "sign-ups." And possibly an additional system for maximizing your retention rate - people keeping going more than 63 days.

2. Action, no - MASSIVE CONSISTENT ACTION! This should be implemented over a Six month to Two year time period. The action I'm referring to is mainly prospecting. Calling the leads you've generated, phoning your own warm market. Phoning your cold market. There are additional kinds of marketing also, for example postcards. But whatever it is it has to be massive and consistent. You won't succeed with this if you don't have a very clearly defined "WHY" that propells you over the naysayers and rejection.

3. Rinse and Repeat. What I mean by this is review, analyze and get better. If you are signing up 30 people each month, don't relax and say "great." Figure out why you aren't recruiting 40. Then 50. Keep pushing yourself in order to get better.

These three success strategies will work. Chances are most newbies won't possess the guts to do this. That's Okay. The Diamond's circle is granted to those who consistently do just what most men and women won't ever do.
