Can you picture what your life would be like if you can do, have and become all that you crave?
Yet most of us are not even close to doing the things we want to do, many of us do not have the items we want and a good number of us are not who we want to become.
Why is that?
I would like to tell you what is stopping you, what is preventing you from achieving all that, and I can do it in two words: limiting beliefs.
Limiting beliefs are sabotaging beliefs. They disrupt what you are trying to attain.
Limiting beliefs are those thoughts that you believe are actua about yourself. These beliefs are so potent that they place limitations on you to achieving the things in life that you want.
They are THE biggest barriers to success and achievement in any area of your life. These beliefs limit you and interrupt you from reaching the end, to having the gold medal. You might make some headway on the journey to accomplishing what you want, yet at some point during that journey the limiting beliefs will finally surface and will disrupt that journey.
Fears will swiftly show up. Doubt and anxiety will emerge. Lack of self-confidence takes hold of you. After a while you get side-tracked and eventually you will get off the track completely.
Limiting beliefs control your life.
With that in mind, it's extremely crucial that you identify all the limiting beliefs that sabotage you, that stand in your way to enjoying every day life. You must isolate and rise above your limiting beliefs. Each and every one of them.
One way you can do this is by taking regular and consistent actions that are in the direction of what you want.
This way you can change your limiting beliefs. Say you believe that life sucks, it's a pain and you see nothing good in it, nothing seems to work to plan. Great! You have identified a limiting belief that you can work on.
Do you want to enjoy every day of your life? Here is how you can do that:
1. Live today. Decide you must live your life. Set the ball in motion by living today and making the best of it. Then make the best of tomorrow. Start the ball rolling and go from one day to the next. Make that decision that you MUST live your life!
2. Accept change. You might not feel happy with your new thoughts. It is crucial that you accept that change is an important part of your new life. Acceptance and change will get easier and easier as each great day goes by.
3. Be a forgiver. This is extremely critical to enjoying everyday life. You see, if you do not forgive the people you hold a grudge against, you are the one who will suffer most. While the others are going about their day, not even thinking of what 'harm' they may have caused you, you are stuck dwelling on the pain. Learn to forgive and forget.
For you to have a good life, work on your beliefs. Learn to be aware of those that limit you and take daily action to face them and defy them. In time they will change to self-enhancing beliefs.
Make it a choice to live life to the fullest. You deserve it.
