Every day you get your newspaper and start to read the articles along with all the advertisements. The advertisements inform how much money you can save if you would just buy their products. How much better your life and your family lives would be if you would just buy their product. Their product along with their company is the one that truly cares about your well-being. After all there're going to give you just 2 days to take advantage of the wonderful deals their offering.
How about that great deal of seafood that you can only get at their store for a certain price for a day. They tell you that no ones offer you more for less. Then when you turn the page you'll see another advertisement saying that their seafood is the best, cheapest and that they care for you even more.
This type of advertisement goes on, page after page, doesn't matter what their trying to sell, it's the same deal, with different words meaning the same as before. I never knew so many different types of people in this world care so much for me.
I can get the best ketchup, the greatest baby back spare ribs, freshest potato chips, the most luscious car, most adjustable mattress, get my hair back, adjust my finances, cope with anger, lose weight, and all they want to do is save me money, the list goes on and on.
If I accepted and believed every advertisement that was in the daily newspaper I would have a life without a care in the world, because they, (the companies that advertise), will take care of any and all of my life's needs. I only need to put all my trust in their companies.
Every day after I read my paper along with the advertisements my life seems unchanged. I don't think I trust or believe everything I read.
