In my experience it can be sometimes harder to come up with a new woodworking idea than to actualy making the product. There are just so many possibilities, so where to begin?

It's always a good idea to be honest with yourself and to determine your skill level first. Obviously you can tackle more advanced and bigger projects when you already have years of woodworking experience under your belt, however, if you are just starting out, you would probably want to begin with a smaller and easier project. The first thing you should take into consideration is your own household. No matter who you live with, there is almost certainly something missing in your household, or maybe something that could be replaced. Maybe you could do with some new furniture? This can be a particularly good idea when you prefer to see how things are done via video, which most courses include these days, and you also like to be taken by the hand, given step-by-step instructions, illustrations and great ideas.
