Who doesn't like the idea of having fun on a date? It's casual and it helps to break the tension.

It's pretty evident that people who have fun, have a more fulfilling life than people who do not. Having fun relieves tension and stress and helps to make you a well rounded person. I mean, people who are stuffy and seem angry all the time have a less exciting life. More than likely they are lonely, or not in a exciting relationship.

The same rules apply to going out with someone, who doesn't want to have a fun time. It doesn't matter if you are going on your first date or your 100th, a key component is making that time enjoyable.

Tip #1 - Make It Enjoyable

What's the point of going if you don't plan on having a good time. You want to make the experience pleasurable for the both of you. I would highly suggest doing something that both of you like.

If it's a first date and you are not sure what they really like, then make it generally fun. That way there is really no pressure to impress.

Tip #2 - Unleash Your Inner Child

We all were kids once, and that part of us still lives. So, do something you did as a child. If the local fair is in town, make that a date night. Go get on the ferris wheel, eat cotton candy, or knock down the three cones with the baseball.

If you live near a amusement park, go and get on all the rides you were afraid to challenge as a child, lol. Go to Dave & Busters, or check out the talent at the local comedy club.

Tip #3 - Be Yourself.

I truly believe you wouldn't have a good time if you couldn't be yourself. Don't front, if a person doesn't like you for who you are, then there is no need in wasting time with moving forward.

This mainly pertains to people going on first dates. If you can't have a good time being you, then there is no fun in that at all.
