If you spend most of your time looking after your children then you can easily fit in a quick yoga session while they are having a nap. You would never be able to get the time to go down the gym during this nap time so you may be one of the only option is the year if you wish to stay fit. However, make sure that you do the yoga in an area of the room where you still have easy access to the child and can see it at all times just to make sure it is safe.
