Now, let's look a little bit at what the Evolv MLM business opportunity involves. The compensation plan that Evolv markets is right in line with some of the most popular, and most successful plans in network marketing today. Evil employs a hybrid car plant which is a combination of a unilevel and binary plans. There are usually multiple ways to bring in money with these kinds of compensation plans. These compensation plans are made to let a distributor make money more quickly and to also build a strong residual in the process. In my view, Evolv has done a pretty good job of setting up their compensation plan, however I do see some areas where it is lacking. Just to name one, is their fast start bonus. In my research, however I think that there are some things that will keep this company from being the giant company that the owner Trey White has in mind. One, being that Trey White, although he is a very successful business person, has never been involved in this industry for. A lot of MLM companies die off too soon because the otherwise successful owners quit as soon as the going gets tough. Another reason I've not joined this company when I had the chance is because of the product. Although the water market is huge, it is just too hard to compete with many products that people can buy them a local convenience store. Another thing, I am wanting to make my business decisions by looking at trends, this product does not follow any of the recent successful MLM trends. Yes, it is in the nutritional beverage industry, however, this product is quite different from that products that have had massive success in the last 12 years Now, just like in building our personal organizations, why would we want to take an unproven path?
