A lot of people think that cheap old junk cars are worthless. But realistically speaking, they can still have value. A car isn't totally worthless unless it is in such a bad shape that it's ready to be shipped off to the junk heap. Once a car has nothing but broken parts, you might as well buy a brand new one.
