On the other hand, white bread and bread products contain the bad carbohydrates so you want to stay away from these and eat whole wheat or 12-grain breads instead. One tip to keep in mind is that if the food is white, it probably has a lot of simple carbohydrates in it. If foods are rich in fiber they are probably a source of good carbohydrates.
It is important to know the difference between the two types of carbohydrates and which foods contain the good ones.
