Zombie masks and make up are very popular. Children and adults choose to mask as a zombie very often, use it as a Halloween costume or just to have fun on some other occasion. Maybe it looks difficult to achieve this effect, but in reality it does not ask for e bigger effort. You need to have some materials and a great imagination and in time of about 20 to 30 minutes you would be a frightening zombie, scary as the ones that we see in the movie or in the zombie games.

When it’s about the materials, you will need flesh-toned liquid latex, one roll of toilet paper, five colour aging kit and a face cream make up – white colour.

First try the liquid latex because some people with too sensitive skin could be allergic. Best place to test it is the arm – you would not be able to use it on your arm.

Your face should be washed thoroughly, without any facial hair on it. Pull the person's hair away from his face with a headband or bandanna. When your face is prepared, apply a thin, even layer of liquid latex. The latex should dry on your face and it normally takes about 15 minutes. Depending from the brand the latex needed time can be different.

Put a square of toilet paper on each cheek applying enough latex to seal the paper to the face. Fold a square of toilet paper in half lengthwise and place it loosely on the person's forehead. Again cover it with a layer of latex and allow it to dry.

To achieve the effect of wrinkles, push up the toilette paper on the cheeks and use same technique to create a long, wide wrinkle on the forehead. After this, cover the latex with the white cream make up which will be the base coat that will hold the rest of the make up in place.

Make a gash tearing the top layer of toilet paper somewhere on the face. Peeling flesh effect will be made with folding back any extra toilet paper. After this apply dark red and black make up into the middle to look like muscle and blood.

Make black circles around both eyes and then draw black lines in the wrinkles around the mouth. Right place for them will be found with smiling.

Last is the aging effect. Make the skin look old and rotting putting colours - begin with the light colours and slowly move to the darker colours.
