Are you planning on making a fortune with the Ardyss compensation plan?
Well, let me first say this. Ardyss international is a solid company that manufactures high quality products. They really are a great company that fills a huge need in the marketplace.
Let me also say that many people have made a lot of money with the ardyss compensation plan.
So what’s my beef?
Well, here’s the thing.
MY BIGGEST PET PEEVE
The one thing that I cherish most (after God and my family of course) is FREEDOM. I mean why else would someone get into MLM? With the help of the network marketing industry I have received the blessing of being free. I can be with my wife and kids... I don't have to punch a time clock, I love life!
That being said, you would be shocked to know that not all network marekting companies believe in personal freedom.
I’m not saying that Ardyss is one of them. I don’t believe they are.
I must warn you though, my friend, that when I researched the Ardyss compensation plan, I ran into a few red flags that I wanted to make sure you knew about before you jumped into this business.
SO WHAT ARE THE PITFALLS?
The Ardyss compensation plan is composed of an 8 level unilevel. This simply means that anyone you personally sponsor will be placed on your first generation and you can go as wide as you want.
I know a guy that sponsored over 200 people in 4 months. In a unilevel all of these people could stay on his first generation.
When your personal sponsors enroll people, they are then placed on their first generation. That would be your 2nd. generation.
Typicall, you get paid varying perentage rates on your first 7 or so levels.
So what’s the problem?
There are 2 policies in the ardyss compensation plan that I don’t really like.
The first one is the volume requirements put in place in order for you to get paid on levels 2 through 8. Let’s say you enroll someone, who enrolls someone who enrolls someone and that duplicates out to 8 levels very quickly.
If you don’t meet the group volume requirements put in place by the company, you’ll only get paid on the order of that first distributor you brought into the company.
I don't quite agree with that philosophy.
Ardyss would not have any of the business generated by your enrollment had it not been for you so why in the world should your pay be capped according to their stipulations?
Here is the other stipulation.
In order to advance and get paid on more levels than 1, not only do you have to meet the volume requirement set by the company, no more than 40% of the volume can come from any 1 leg.
So lets say you start a leg that goes crazy. You enroll a superstar that brings 100K in volume.
You will not get paid on all of that business unless you fulfill the requirements of the Ardyss comp plan.
CONCLUSION
In all fairness to the company, they make the products, they provide the opportunity so they have the right to set quotas and stipulations.
You absolutely can earn a fortune with the Ardyss compensation plan. Keep in mind you may just have to jump through a few hoops.
Now, with stealth ninja marketing skills, none of this will be a challenge to you.
If you are stuck in a position where you are struggling to find new people, these stipulations will be a big problem for you.
