It is with much trepidation and anxiety that I venture out to meet a friend for a coffee.
I am nervous.
Will the coffee be bitter and leave an aftertaste?

I am firstly a coffee lover (in its every form, sight, smell and of course, taste) a former retail barista AND having a barista husband, instant home coffee is unacceptable and a coffee at a coffee shop causes stress!

Green coffee beans… (as fresh as you can get coffee) roasted at home in the home coffee roaster, to the roast that I like best, between medium and dark strength, just enough to give the coffee its sweet full cup oomph without the scorched after taste.
I initially roasted the green coffee beans in a popcorn popper, was so overwhelmed by the freshness and quality of the roast, so invested in the “iroast2”coffee roaster and have never looked back.
