Your idea can totally lose momentum when overused, so you don't want to do the same thing, but your own unique thing once again.
There are ways to manage your advertising. This is not something that you want to pay a lot of money for. There are plenty of advertising companies that will gladly take your money and they may even do a great job. For a small to medium sized business though they are simply not necessary. You can do it yourself.
Some of those ad guys are really expensive. They may charge by the job but some actually will charge an hourly rate. Those billable hours can really add up after a short time. If you have built the business that you have yourself then you are the one person that knows more about it than any other.
